NOTE: THIS REFUND POLICY IS ONLY FOR 6 MONTHS MENTORSHIP BATCH

Agreement to Refund Policy: By initiating payment for any of our digital products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this refund policy.

To Eligible For a Refund, You must meet the following Criteria:

PROGRAM OR ASSIGNMENT COMPLETION : YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE ENTIRE PROGRAM OR ASSIGNMENT FOR WHICH YOU ARE SEEKING A REFUND. WE BELIEVE IN THE VALUE OF OUR CONTENT AND WANT TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO FULLY ENGAGE WITH IT.

PROOF OF COMPLETION : YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF COMPLETION. THIS CAN INCLUDE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION, SUBMISSION RECORDS, OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION THAT DEMONSTRATES YOUR PARTICIPATION AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE PROGRAM OR ASSIGNMENT.

WITHIN 30 DAYS : REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM OR ASSIGNMENT. AFTER THIS PERIOD, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND.

No Refund Policy:

  • You cannot claim a refund until the completion of the program.
  • Once you pay for the program, there will be no cancellation under any circumstances.

C. REFUND APPROVAL: IF YOUR REQUEST MEETS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, AND IT IS APPROVED, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED.
